What You’ll Need
A soft measuring tape (or a string and a ruler) and your bench. That’s it.
Step 1 — Pad Length
Measure the pad from end to end along the top surface. Most flat bench pads fall between 40" and 52".
Step 2 — Pad Width
Measure across the widest point of the pad. Standard pads run 10"–14" wide.
Step 3 — Pad Thickness
Measure from the top surface down to the underside board. Typical pads are 2"–4" thick.
Match It to the Size Guide
Compare your three numbers with the Size Guide. In between sizes? The stretch fabric forgives — size down for the tightest fit.
